Started paying attention to real estate because it helped my family pull through some difficult times.

After graduating from NUS in Engineering, I went on to pass CFA level 1 while working for a leading developer buying land.

I started investing in real estate since 2009 owning industrial, residential and overseas properties. Strongly believe that a well planned portfolio can allow us to live freely so we can spend time on things that truly matter, accumulating a legacy for our future generations.

I have experience in a variety of areas that could be useful to landlords, including: automation, drawing, finance, photography, virtual tours, and videography.

Automation – I am able to set up automated invoicing and reminders to help improve on-time payment of rents by landlords.
Drawing – I have a Silver Medal in Engineering Computer Aided Drawing and Design, which means I can easily draw floor plans.
Finance – I have passed Level 1 of the CFA Program, which gives me knowledge about different investment products and important concepts such as the Time Value of Money.
Photography – I am a leisure photographer who is passionate about architecture. I take my own real estate photos, and am very particular about the quality of photography used for real estate listings.
Virtual Tours – I picked up a 360 camera during the Covid period and have started creating my own virtual tours.
Videography – Technology has advanced significantly in recent years, so much so that we can create simple videos using mobile devices with the help of various editing software programs.
