Possibilities are check financially and in terms of timeline so you can be confident that these are valid options to be considered. This is includes obtaining in-principle approval for loans by local banks and checking outstanding loans and CPF usage.

From staging, painting to photography, I ensure that your unit is in the best shape to fetch the best price. Buyers would look at units that fit their criteria to shortlist their preferred units.
Execution
Organising viewings, negotiation and processing documentations are crucial steps in closing a deal. This is where most issues arise as they are very time sensitive. My experience would ensure both parties are clear with the conditions of the transactions and committed to completion.
