Passive Income for Retirement

Family in their late 40s with teenage children are thinking about their retirement and if they lose their jobs. Running them through property wealth planning (PWP), they understood the benefits of having a smaller 2nd property to generate passive income. It also serves as a retirement home where they have the option to rent out their current home for higher passive income.

Supply of new housing in 2022 continues to challenge the market. All the major new launches in 2022 were oversubscribed by about 4 times. Unlike HDB, private developers set the rules are constantly changing depending on the situation. 

Having to adapt and react quickly allowed me to secure 3 units at the sell-out LIV@MB for my clients. Being the earliest entrant, they purchased the units at the lowest price before developer started increasing prices. Paper gains right away for these clients who trusted in me.
